Wat is de juiste maat kinderfiets?

Bij het uitzoeken van een nieuwe kinderfiets is het belangrijk dat je kiest voor het juiste formaat fiets. Het kind moet zich veilig voelen daarom is het niet verstandig om een fiets op de groei te kiezen. Als de kinderfiets te groot is en aanvoelt bij het kind, zal het kind niet prettig leren. Liever iets te klein dan te groot.

Hoe meet ik de binnenbeenlengte van mijn kind?

Heeft u hulp nodig bij het kiezen van het juiste formaat fiets? Via de afbeelding kunt u zien hoe u de binnenbeenlengte van uw kind kunt bepalen.

Wanneer heeft mijn kind nog zijwieltjes nodig?

Gemiddeld genomen zal uw kind kunnen fietsen zonder zijwieltjes leren vanaf 5 jaar oud, maar dit is zeker geen stelregel! Verwijder de zijwieltjes van de fiets wanneer uw kind er klaar voor is. Dit betekent dat uw kind niet meer angstig is op de fiets en goed gebalanceerd kan fietsen. Om de balans te oefenen met de zekerheid van zijwieltjes kunt u deze ook wat hoger afstellen; hierdoor leert u kind balanceren én wordt de fiets alsnog door de zijwieltjes in balans gehouden mocht het toch mis gaan.

Hoe lang heb ik garantie op een fiets?

Op onze fietsen wordt 2 jaar garantie gegeven op het frame.
Zijn er onderdelen voor uw aangeschafte fiets nodig? Dan kunt u contact opnemen met onze klantenservice. Zij kunnen indien beschikbaar, u voorzien van deze onderdelen tegen speciale tarieven.

Voeren jullie ook reparaties uit?

Helaas is het laten uitvoeren van reparaties door Funfanix niet mogelijk.

Hebben jullie een fysieke winkel om de fietsen te bekijken?

Nee, wij hebben alleen een webshop. Het bekijken van fietsen in een winkel of showroom is helaas dan ook niet mogelijk.
